Gary Eaves has been a Toyota dealer since 1974, the first 23 years of which were in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Gary has been the Chairman of the National Dealer Council and has served on numerous boards over the years.

Robert has been involved in the automotive business from an early age, and is a graduate of the National Automobile Dealer's Association Academy in Washington, D.C. He currently serves as a Director of the B.C. Toyota Dealer Advertising Association. Robert loves spending his time away from work with his lovely wife and three children.

Kelly moved to Nanaimo in the summer of 1999 from Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, where she worked as a commercial insurance agent. Although she wanted to be a stay-at-home mom for awhile, she was hired to fill a temporary receptionist position at Nanaimo Toyota at the end of 2001. To make a long story short, she is presently our Controller and shares the General Manager title with her brother, Robert. She enjoys coming to work with her father - Gary, brother - Robert, and husband - Jeremy. She often jokes that she's the boss of her husband at work AND at home... poor guy. After work she is mom to her two daughters while trying to fit in some golf and gardening.

Jeremy is a dedicated and kind hearted person driven to give the utmost in customer service. When not at work you may find Jeremy working on a hot rod or puttering around their acreage. He has a lovely wife and two daughters.

Steve was born in Glasgow, Scotland, but came to live on the Island in 1974 when his family moved to Nanaimo as his father took a job with the Toyota Dealership at that time. He grew up around cars and began detailing vehicles professionally at age 16.
 
After serving in the military Steve returned home to Nanaimo, working for a number of years in the hospitality industry, where he acquired his customer first attitude. Eventually taking a job with Nanaimo Toyota in sales, Steve soon transitioned into the position of manager of the detail department. He has a customer oriented outlook, believing that his job is not done until the customer is 100% satisfied.
 
He met his lovely wife Beckie a co-worker here at Nanaimo Toyota where she continues to work part time in the service department. In his free time Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and children as well as staying involved in the community, including coaching football for Football Nanaimo.

Mike has been with the "Toyota family" for many years. He moved to Nanaimo and joined Nanaimo Toyota in 2003 from Vancouver and loves the island. Mike has many hobbies including his two great kids which he loves to spend most of his spare time with. If you don't find him at work you'll probably find him golfing or enjoying some of the fine outdoor activities that the island has to offer.

Reid moved to Nanaimo from Vancouver where he was born and raised. He and his wife have two beautiful daughters. Reid's education and extended experience is in the hospitality/service industry where he worked as a manager in hotels and restaurants. He now enjoys applying many of the same "client first" philosophies here at Nanaimo Toyota.

Mike has been employed with Nanaimo Toyota since 2005, starting as a Product Advisor then accepting a new role as a Financial Advisor in 2008. Ken brings many years of experience with Toyota in the business office where he has spent time in Alberta and here in Nanaimo. The island lends itself nicely to Ken and his lovely wife and daughter (and dog). They enjoy biking, skiing, snowboarding, and many other outdoor activities. Rick has lived in Nanaimo for over 30 years and is very active in the community. He has been a top producing product advisor with Nanaimo Toyota since 1999. Rick and his wife Fern have two grown children and enjoy golfing and warm winter vacations.

Dallas says he has been very lucky in his life. He has lived in the Oceanside area and has had the benefit of being very successful here at Nanaimo Toyota where he has been employed since December 2004. The blend of excellent leadership, a great product, and his own experience has allowed him to interact with his clients with openness and honesty. This creates an environment that greatly eases the difficulties often associated with the decision making process.
 
His hobbies include running, reading, and scuba diving, but please don't ask about his golf game. He presently drives a 2009 Corolla LE and this has been an awesome car for him, giving him great reliability and excellent fuel consumption.

Richard was born in Jamaica but now calls Vancouver Island home. He moved here twelve years ago from Toronto, marrying his long-time better half. If you can't find Richard at the dealership then he is at home enjoying family life with his wife and three beautiful children. Richard enjoys barbequing for friends and family, a good book, and is a self-proclaimed movie buff. He puts family values at the top of his priorities which is the main reason he chose to join the Nanaimo Toyota team.

Doug was born and raised in Kamloops. He moved to Nanaimo in 1984 to marry his lovely wife Ann. When he is not hard at work helping people with their vehicle needs, Doug can be found on the golf course or dining with his wife. He also likes to visit Mexico as often as possible and spends part of every day with his cats. Doug enjoys the family atmosphere at Nanaimo Toyota and the customer-first attitude of the dealership.

Born in Powell River, Brett has been based on Vancouver Island since 2007 when he began attending VIU to play college level golf. A natural athlete, Brett loves to spend his downtime snowboarding, shooting some hoops or playing hockey, but his passion is reserved for golf, for which he has played in three national championships. Brett brings the calm patience and fierce commitment to hard work that he learned on the golf course to his work at Nanaimo Toyota, and he's a natural addition to the team.

An Acadian from Nova Scotia, Justin just moved to Nanaimo in the summer of 2011 and immediately fell in love with West Coast summers. A recent university graduate, Justin is a natural people person with a positive attitude who is excited to turn his lifelong passion for automobiles into a rewarding career here at Nanaimo Toyota.
 
When he's not at work he can be found on a tennis court trying to master his backhand or exploring the outdoors of beautiful BC. A natural polyglot only compounded by his studies abroad, Justin is fluent in French and Spanish and is in the process of mastering German.
